အင္ယာတစ္ေယာက္က foundation
ေအာက္ခံေျမညီေနၿပီးေကာင္းေနပါလ်က္နဲ႔
hardcore လုပ္စရာမလိုဘူးဆိုၿပီးေတြ႕ရတယ္။
Geotechnical ဘာသာရပ္မွာ Hardcore
လုပ္ရျခင္းရည္ရႊယ္ခ်က္က-
၁- structural member လုပ္မည့္ level တိက်ေစဖို႔
ညီညာမႈ ျဖစ္ရန္
၂- structural member အေပၚသက္ေရာက္မႈအား
အခ်ိဳးညီစြာ (load distribution) ျဖစ္ရန္၊
(မွတ္ခ်က္။ load or stress concentration)
ျဖစ္ပါက structure member ရဲ႕ bending &
shear မ်ားစြာေျပာင္းသြားပါမည္။)
၃- structural stiffness ႏွင့္ foundation soil
stiffness ႐ုတ္တရက္ကြာျခားမႈမျဖစ္ရန္၊
(မွတ္ခ်က္ soil-structure interaction ကို
compatible ျဖစ္ဖို႔)
၄- foundation soil အေပၚ stress relief ျဖစ္ရန္၊
Hardcore thickness ဆံုးျဖတ္ရာမွာ building load
ေၾကာင့္ soil မွာျဖစ္လာတဲ့ induced stress အရ
သတ္မွတ္ၾကပါတယ္။
ေယဘူရအားျဖင့္ 100-150 mm ပါ၊
တကယ္လိုအပ္ခ်က္ကို Analysis လုပ္ရင္
သိႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
building founation အတြက္ hardcore ဟုေခၚၿပီး
underground structures ေတြမွာ ကေတာ့ low
strength shotcrete အျဖစ္ေသာ္၎၊ lining ၿပီးရင္
backfill grouting နဲ႔၎ လုပ္ၾကသည္။
ရည္ရႊယ္ခ်က္က အထက္ပါ ေလးခ်က္လိုအပ္မႈ
အတြက္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
မလုပ္ပါက stress concentration
ေၾကာင့္ concrete lining မွာ crack ေတြျဖစ္လာ
ပါမည္။ ဒီထက္ဆိုးဝါးရင္ lining failure ျဖစ္ပါမည္။
rock surface မညီညာရင္ အျပင္ေက်ာက္သား
ေကာင္းေလ tunnel lining အေပၚ
stress concentrate မ်ားေလျဖစ္သည္။
ေျမမာသျဖင့္ hardcore မလိုဘူးေရးတာေတြ႕ရလို႔
technical လိုအပ္ခ်က္ကိုလူငယ္မ်ား
အတြက္ ဗဟုသုတပါ။
